I could not find what I was sure I had once written about oca on my web site. Could not find images in my photo files either. I *know* I had bought, cooked, written about oca. Lo and behold in our PBS archives are all the messages, replies, back-and-forth commentary about oca. From 2004, mind you, which I believe pre-dates my ownership of a digital camera. And some more from 2007. Wonderful! No idea where my images are, except maybe I only think I took them?
