This is the 4th time I have planted a 1 gal size Sisyrhinchum bellum. And it is declining as all the pthers have. Whether in the ground or pots, they just never seem to be happy. I have heard they like a dry summer, that they like moist soil, full sun, part shade and everything else you can imagine. (well maybe not everything). I live in Jerusalem which is roughly Sunset zone 21. Any advice is greatly appreciated. The leaves of this one are gone, but I hope the rhizome is OK.
