Jane, Lycoris squamigera is hardy to at least -11 in my experience, and I feel sure -20 would work too. It's not fancy, as lycoris go, but it is a treasure. My love for it was made solid when I saw an immense clump of them in bloom on the grave of my 6-great grandfather in Lancaster Co. Pennsylvania. They are very special as cut flowers and they are fragrant, if you get up close. What is the hardiest one? And I love NortonĀ“s tigridia.
