Hello Fernando, I don't know what akadamia is, but I have had 100% success growing 60 Worsleya from seed to 6 years old in pure perlite.. I live in Australia so our climate might be similar in some ways... I had lost about the same amount of seeds trying other methods including, moisture spraying, water floating, & sandy seed raising mix, all of these seeds rotted... Perlite if you don't know it, is from memory, neutral, super-heated pumice, average size is about 5-8mm diameter, but you can get crushed too, crushed would hold too much moisture for your seeds I think.. It gives lots of aeration like an orchid mix would, but is pure so seeds don't become contaminated, & it holds a well distributed water table. It is readily available online & on sites like eBay, it is so light it can be easily posted internationally, so it might be worth you researching this product.. It is pure white, & clean of all other material so should be importable to you.
