My experience is cacti and succulents. Most of us C&S growers have bulbs. Most of my bulbs are summer growers or evergreen. I have a few winter growers such as Veltheimia. Since joining PBS I am paying closer attention now than I have in the past. Veltheimia bracteata is leafing out but not B. capensis, Boophane haemanthoides leafing out but not Boophane disticha and none of the Haemanthus are doing anything. Is this normal? Boy this sounds like a rookie question, like someone asking if cacti need watering. Ken P Old Bridge, NJ Zone 6b Ken P Old Bridge, NJ Zone 6b
