Surplus bulbs

Been there.  Done that.

The commercial prohibition is what it is.  You have to do it as an 
announcement of a fact.  e.g. I am selling off all the worlds greatest 
... for more information email me personally about this.  Or, just do a 
mailing to everyone in your computer's address book.
