Dear All, Does anybody have the experience in growing the aquatic Crinum species (in my case Crinum calamistratum and Crinum natans) emerged in wet soil but not submerged in an aquarium? The reason for asking is that right now there are beautiful young plants of these two species for sale in some aquarium shops and I am tempted. They are not often available. But I do not have an aquarium and do not really want to start one, already too many plants to look after.... So, if it could be grown as a swamp plant in a pot standing in a saucer filled with water it would be mine..... Greetings from Germany, the snowdrops feel cold..... a freezing but sunny day Uli
