Grandiflora/carinata/minuta is the large rose one of the Dutch trade, freely offsetting, normally sterile, large flowers. Style looks "dismayed", floppy, flaccid, weak (your choice). Leaves have a keel underneath. Macrosiphon is smaller, the same color, not so "open", sets seeds normally and the the style is typically erect.
