Antigoni, it could be an unusually hairy Haemanthus pubescens. I'd have to see and touch the flower bracts to be sure. Pubescens usually has some red speckles on the underside of the leaf, but not always. Dasyphyllus usually does not have any red spots on the leaves but can have a few at the base.
