Antigoni, This appears to be H. pubescens ssp. pubescens. Check the spathe valves (the red "petals")-- they should be notably thick and fleshy. According to illustrations in Snijman's revision (1984) the bulb looks more like H. pubescens than H. dasyphyllus.
