plant them deep (though this type of tulip does not need to be so deep as many) and use a gritty alkaline compost and feed. I don't know where you are or what your climate is, but this group of tulips is fairly easy to grow, though i find the albocaerulea is not the best because the flowers can abort in a dry spring.
