I agree that the Internet is the most wondrous place, I have my website and love publishing new plants etc on it- one cannot deny the future is the WorldWideWeb but it is really no substitute for human contact- what I like about the PBS is that our views span the globe..... Our Nerine Society is also fully web-aware, however it the 'how' to reach as wide an audience amongst the younger generations is our principal concern.... I suppose that they will, if they want to, find us- and I get the point that you would rather spend 25$ on plants than on a Society.... That is where I think the PBS is slightly off-target. Some of us can only dream of the glories of the Pacific.... Maybe there should be a move to try and get a additional change of name to the WBS, the World Bulb Society. Think big, because really the PBS is now a world-wide organisation- where else is there such a fabulous resource of knowledge with the picture wiki and all the expertise for us bulbophiles. Nikko
