Hi Andrew, Your plant is P. auritum var auritum. I have a couple in flower under lights right now as well, its one of the easier ones to grow. Var carneum has white flowers. If you can cross incrassatum onto it, you may get some interesting progeny. Ernie DeMarie Tuckahoe NY where it is cool, windy, and sunny, and very dry with brushfire warnings (and a big one actually burning on Staten Island at this time). referring to below: Here is a shot I took today of a seedling I raised. It is flowering for its first time. http://flickr.com/photos/andrewrmw/… It's a geophytic Pelargonium in the Hoarea series but I need a species ID. The seed came from South Africa but with no species label. Anyone able to identify it? Thanks Andrew San Diego
