>The Pacific Bulb Society (the group that you pay to join which makes >you eligible to participate in the BX and to receive the Bulb Garden) >is looking for volunteers to help with the organization. Dear Friends, PBS is always looking for help and this includes a variety of skills such as legal help, editorial skill, proof reading, financial know how and other non-plant ways of helping. The PBS officers and board meet infrequently by teleconference, but have lively email interchanges and decision making. Even if you only have seasonal 'spare time' to offer or an extreme specialty skill we may be eager to have you join the fun. You may have a skill we don't know we need until you suggest a project using your skills that would help in projecting our society goals. Maybe you are just the person to organize a conservation project for some endangered bulbs ! Don't be afraid to contact Mary Sue privately at Mary Sue Ittner <msittner@mcn.org> and discuss what you might be able to offer. We all welcome positive feed back. Best wishes. Jim W. -- Dr. James W.
