Even more deserving are the folks in South Africa who made these collections possible: the one and only Cameron McMaster, our trip leader and plantsman extraordinaire; Lita Cole, our guide in the Kamieskroon area who facilitated the Modderfontein visit; and Koos Claasen from Jacobs Bay, a great advocate for conserving the coastal habitat of the beautiful Daubenya zeyheri. Thanks should also go to Rachel and Rod Sanders, the driving force behind IBSA and the symposium that got us there in the first place. And don't forget Paul Cumbleton, the real donor of some of the seeds, and a continuing evangelist for massonias, daubenyas, and their ilk. Me? I just put the stamp on the envelope... --Roy NW of Boston Spent the weekend installing a new furnace in the greenhouse... arnold trachtenberg wrote: > I'll like to extend a large *Thank You* to Roy Herold for taking the time > and effort to collect and then send the seeds for the Massonia and Daubenya > into the BX.
