Dear all, This is my first Brunsvigia in flower, and I am unable to enjoy it... Im studying in a foreign country and my mother is looking after my plants for about a year now. She managed to flower, for the first time, this bulb! And i am really impressed by the size of the whole inflorescence. It was a very small bulb that I received 2 years ago... I have no idea how much it grew underground, because i can only see the neck exposed, but the inflorescence is a delight to see! Is this one B. litoralis or could it be B. josephinae? The periath shape of both these species seems incredibly similar... I apologise for the quality of the pictures though... http://i862.photobucket.com/albums/ab183/… http://i862.photobucket.com/albums/ab183/… http://i862.photobucket.com/albums/ab183/… Regards Michael Benedito
