Thanks for the reminder, Roger. My old computer died earlier this year, and I'm still trying to tame the new one. Lots of things which I did in the past without so much as a second thought now require some bother. Also, it's disconcerting to discover that old hardware (such as a printer) do not work with my new Windows 7 system. I used to use Microsoft Outlook, and may return to it. But for now my signature block, which some of you were probably getting sick of seeing anyway, is temporarily in retirement. Just for you I've pulled it out. You are entirely correct Roger: on a list such as this one lack of locality data greatly reduces the value of postings.
