From Jim Waddick: 1. Seed/fruit of Rohdea japonica 'Galle' - Narrow Leaf Form This evergreen member of the lily family is MUCH hardier than most literature suggests. It stays evergreen here with temps well below 0F and has survived with leaf damage below -20 F. This is a form with long, narrow foliage. Flowers are insignificant, but ripe fruit is globe shaped, about the size of a large pea and bright orange-red. Each fruit contains 1 to 4 seeds and are slow, but easy to germinate. Fruits should be cleaned to expel large dark seeds and covered lightly with soil or mix. From Stephen Putman: 2. Seed of Hippeastrum aulicum stenopetalum From Arnold Trachtenberg: 3.
