Hello Folks, I have a pot of Hippeastrum Reticulatum var. Striatifolium that is showing signs of the dreaded red blotch on the their bulbs. All the literature I've read says that a systemic fungicide should be applied to the leaves for treatment. The only problem is that they're entering their dormant period and have stared shedding their leaves. Can anyone suggest a course of action? I really enjoy theses little beauties and I don't want to lose them, nor do I want to endanger my countless other amaryllids!!! Warm Regards and Thanks, Fred Biasella Cambridge (Boston) MA
