My Lycoris sanguinea started blooming a few days ago, then yesterday many of my squamigera burst into bloom! We had less heat here than Jim W. did in Kansas City, but no rain until about 10-14 days ago. Since then we have had 2 inches or rain, and the Lycoris are shooting up everywhere.
