Crawford, Thanks very much for your suggestions. I've sent Dawie Human a note, to see if he is going to try to organize a tour again. I'm afraid to try driving myself on roads where the traffic travels in the wrong direction. Everyone is convinced I'd just get us killed! In the past we've had tour companies provide us with a vehicle and driver/guide. That leaves me free to look for flowers and take pictures. Three weeks is about the right length of time for a visit to southern Africa, in our experience.
