Oca

Dear Friends,
Thanks to a very kindly PBS er, I got some tubers of Oca last
fall ( Oxalis tuberosum), both red and yellow tubered varieties. I
ate most (yum), but planted 2 of each in large pots. They all grew
well, but I do not recall seeing any in flower. Now as other winter
growing Oxalis are going dormant, so are these. I noticed that one
pot has a number of small 'marble-sized' tubers right on the ground,
but attached.

I'd appreciate any thoughts on what next ? Should I with hold
water, keep hot and dry or just shaded and dry or un-pot and see
what's dormant.? Or.? Appreciate experienced suggestions.

The foliage is almost totally gone, just a few ratty stems
and a tiny bit of faded green.

Many thanks for cultivation info. Jim W.
