Jim:

I have grown Lilium rosthornii from a Species Lily Preservation bulb
sale. It has flowered very well here planted under a Chinese Quince (
Pseudocydonia sinensis). Only way to tell it apart from lilium henryii
is the shape of the fruit. L. rosthornii has a long oblong capsule
and L. henryii is oblong.

L. rosthornii is found in Sichuan, Hubei and Guizhou, L. henryii from
Hubei, Jiangxi and Guizhou.

I posted the image on the Wiki Wiki of L. rosthornii.
