Messages to our list that are written in html or formatted text (colored, italics, bold, etc.) are stripped so if a message comes without anything in it this is probably because it was written that way. Messages to our list need to be sent in text or if you prefer writing in html, html and text so that when the html is stripped the text message will remain.
