Hi Mark,

I had a small collection of Roscoea while I was in Oregon. R. cautleyoides
and R. auriculata rebloomed in 2002 and 2003. Unfortunately I was working on
various projects that prevented me from really paying attention to what
conditions may have contributed to them reblooming. It was one of those
things, 'oh, the Roscoea are in bloom again...' I've not acquired any more
since moving south, but they are on the list. For those of you that haven't
tried these, I encourage you to. Be patient and mark them well, as they are
one of the last plants out of the ground in the spring.

catching everyone's eye...

   Does this species regularly
rebloom in the late summer or fall? Do other Roscoea do this?
