Muriate of potash and potassium sulphate are the same thing. More important, there are two kinds (and prices), one "pure for analysis", that is for laboratories that has no added elements, very expensive and useless for our gardening purposes and the other that contains traces of other elements and is cheaper and perfectly suitable for feeding bulbs and fruit plants.
