I spent late yesterday afternoon and several hours this morning wandering through a couple of choice locations in Anza Borrego State Park east of San Diego. I have no idea how my photos will develop because I had severe mechanical problems the last time I used this camera body. However, I did photograph Hesperocallis undulata yesterday. What an amazing plant to find in pure sand in the low desert! With the wide range of interests that most of us have, I would advocate a wiki page devoted to desert blooms, even if the subject matter are not geophytes. _______________________ Barbara L.
