John, I grow many amorphs, but not A. dunnii, so I asked THE expert about it's aroma. His response: "... it is a carrot-fresh fruity scent, carries a long range but is of short duration. When all too close to the appendix it becomes a bit strong and prickly to the nose. It is caused by 1-phenylethyl acetate which makes up for 100% of the scent."
