From what I've heard Frank is an amateur breeder, I've a rough idea where he
lives it's just getting the rest of the info. to make contact. It's very
strange that literally no-one in the area I know knows of him, and as you
can imagine I know most people that have anything to do with bulbs,
commercially and non-commercially.
