Bomarea caldasii: They should be sown soon for best germination. Germination usually occurs in 6-10 weeks. Mostly summer growing, but can grow year-round in mild winter regions. Should not be allowed to dry out even during dormancy. 17. Bomarea salsilla: Sow before about October, then keep moist. It will germinate in mid to late winter. B. salsilla grows on a Mediterranean cycle, and dies back in late summer, so when your seedlings do this they are not dying. The plants usually re-emerge in about February. They can be kept dry while dormant, but also tolerate moisture during dormancy. BULBS: From Cathy Craig: 18. Small bulbs of Lilium 'Casa Rosa' Thank you, Dylan, Diana, and Cathy !!
