Recommended here a few weeks back, I placed an order about 5 weeks ago and have heard nothing since, not even a reply to an email and despite the website saying that despatch will be confirmed via email.

Has anyone used this supplier recently, or have any experience at all?

Its a few years back but it was exactly the same situation and has lasted for a long time. I had given up hoping when the seed arrived in excellent condition, the portions were generous and germination was very good.
So.... Don't despair

Remember the seasonal reversal. In Chile the best months for collecting seed are December through February, so alpine seed of the current year is not yet available, and lowland seed has only recently ripened.
