This photo of a group of blooming Boophone disticha in my garden is from this time last year (2021.)  While they all seem to bloom annually, they usually don't bloom simultaneously, as here.  This year (2022) they pushed their buds at different times within a two week period. 

I have (so far) a couple of Boophone bulbs producing twin flower buds this year.  One, a 15 year-old Boophone haemanthoides (2007 Silverhill seed) ... the other a 7 year-old likely hybrid between B.haemanthoides (seed parent) and B.disticha (pollen parent) ... now in its 2nd year of bloom.  San Diego,  California,  June 29, 2022.
