Lilies season! The Madonna lily being the most beautiful of them all. And I finally acquired a Sprekelia which flowered in a month or so after planting and it's showing signs of division already. Hemerocallis hybrids "Crimson Pirate" and "Stella de Oro" are flowering together for the first time.

My Grans' Ornithogalum Arabicum finally blooming after a long flower bud staring.

Well of course, but there's no way you can mistake those for Ornithogalum. Maybe just a whitish Ipheion

I have a quick and easy method for telling allium and ornithogalum apart, which is smell: if you break a tiny bit of a leaf, allium smells of...well...garlic, while ornithogalum smells of...grass.

Chasmanthe Floribunda in full flowering. Quite common around here and a bit weedy but in mass finds it's raison d'etre, doesn't it?
