Achimenes pedunculata is native to southern Mexico (Chiapas and Oaxaca) south to Venezuela. It is a tall-growing species that would get floppy under lights. Growing it more brightly will allow it to be strong and stand on its own. Follow standard Achimenes cultivation techniques for growing species.
