I thought the idea of a nominating committee was fantasic. I’m surprised there are no takers. I inquired some time ago to understand how board members were selected and was surprised that it was by the board itself. At the time, I had a negative attitude and thought that made it an exclusive club. I will contact Jane off line about it.
