If someone successfully attaches an image to a post then it appears at
the very end as a link along with text featuring the word "scrubbed".

The word "scrubbed" means the image has been removed from the post and
saved on the server and the post now contains a link to it.

The list only accepts JPEG images (.jpg, .jpe) , and they have to be
attachments (not inline images - the list is plain text). There is a
server limit of 10 Mega bytes on emails.

Andrew - you had two problems, firstly you posted to the old list
address, secondly you posted TIFF files.

I'm open to suggestions for how to do things better, but bear in mind
we're trying to keep everyone happy - that includes those with very
limited bandwidth and those who reject online forums.
