adding pictures to list posts

David, I discovered this message in a junk folder on my computer, along with many others I never received on my iPhone 4. Oddly enough, the hotmail account on my computer lists the originators, but absolutely no content. I no longer know my password. After clicking on the code for the two images you sent I arrived at the screen to put in my email address and click remind me to receive my password but it just rolls over to an empty, similar screen. Any chance you can help? May have to delete the hotmail account from my computer and start over. This could all have to do with microsoft's attempts to upgrade my Windows 10 program, which resulted twice in a stalled and frozen computer. Thanks Cynthia Mueller
