I have received beautiful healthy bulbs twice from Special African Bulbs on eBay. I never had to make a complaint to them so I can not vouch for their service in this area. All I did with the bulbs was put them in a medium of mostly pumice and sand and I did not water them as I was waiting for spring befor e > doing this.
