There is a lot of information about how to grow bulbs from seed on the wiki. http://pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/… A simple rule that works for a lot of them is to plant winter growing bulbs in the fall and summer growing bulbs in the spring, but some seed is short lived and needs to be planted soon after it is ripe.
