Question is, how much light is "enough".

In the UK I find it almost impossible to get good coloured flowers on Veltheimia bracteata unless I give them full sunlight when opening. The slightest shade and they are white with a hint of pink; full sun then deep pink. Not a good bulb for indoors. The leaves get leggy with poor light but still keep the wavy edges.
