Air movement is important for plants grown inside. Two or three small silent 
fans that run constantly will usually suffice. Old computer fans work, but they 
don't run off 110v directly.

And: whenever the air temperature is above freezing, open that garage door.

This advice is not applicable to plants from year-round warm weather places.
