Go to the PBS membership page: http://www.pacificbulbsociety.org/membership.html Fill in the details and click on "Buy Now" down at the bottom. You will go to PayPal. The PayPal screen offers two expanding options: Choose a way to pay Pay with my PayPal account Pay with a debit or credit card Just use the second option.
