ENSURING THE FUTURE OF OUR PLANTS

I find that my simple excel spreadsheet is indispensable. I'm able to keep
it updated when I acquire a new plant or mark one as dead. The most useful
feature is that I can search for accession numbers or simply by name in
seconds. I can also place this somewhere on the web and access it on demand.

Neat idea, Tim. A difficult challenge for many botanical gardens that are
already stretched thin. Only if they have a more excited staff who view
that working at a botanical garden as more than just a job.
