I also tried sending a message to Dell, and was told that the user is unknown on that server. I wonder if he's got service problems due to weather or other issues. Normally I post lists after the open period closes, but wonder if this list, when I can get it from Dell, should be posted on the PBS Facebook page? Nhu, Mary Sue, what do you think? Kathleen
