Yes. They're in full foliage right now. In fact, nearly all the Lycorises I grow act like winter foliage species. The only thing I've noticed is that the true winter foliage species tend to start leafing out earlier in the fall (typically September) while the ones that should be dormant until spring start leafing out a month or two later (October or November). There are 2 or 3 species that are only now starting to leaf out, and one or two that haven't started leafing out yet. And there have been 3 or 4 species I've tried that dwindled away over the space of 3 or 4 years. All of those come from colder climates than California's.
