Which Muscari

Hi,

I've got lots of what I would assume are Muscari armeniacum, they spread
freely, they're blue and flower in Spring.

What puzzles me is that some produce leaves in Autumn, which remain
through the Winter, and others only start to grow leaves in Spring. The
ones which grow leaves first also flower first.

Is it likely these plants are two different species?

Here in the North of England, the daffodil season is drawing to a close,
tulips are coming to the fore, and there are signs of blue bell flowers.
