A Facebook page can be available to anyone who wants to visit it, Facebook member or not. Or it can be available to any Facebook member but not to non-members. Or can can be restricted to just those Facebook members who have been given permission to view it. I am not a Facebook member. If a membership could be set up with the privacy as I want it and then remain that way, fine. But apparently Facebook changes the parameters, always less private, and it would be my responsibility to A) be aware this has happened, and then B) go and alter my settings to restore the privacy I want.
