Hello: Could you tell me that if the phytosanitary certificate could be issued with full botanical name(Both Genus name and species name) in Germany and around country? Because I have tried 5-6 time from Netherlands between 2006-2008, and each time I still need to pay an extra administrative fee 50 Euro dollars and a new replacement of phytosanitary certificate from 50-65 Euro dollars. Even I had contact the PD in Netherlands latter, it was still the same. I would like to try other countries in EU now, such as Austria, Czech (Because they are not the pest area of Radopholus similis which affects several bulbs.) Our Baphiq asks for the full botanical name on the phytosanitary certificate to make sure what have been really imported.
