Nematode control of Narcissus bulb fly

Many of my fellow gardeners use neem oil on their snowdrops and narcissi.
They are all very happy with it.
I have zillions of Narcissus pseudonarcissus wild in my region,(Haute Normandie) and never once had this pest. Most odd!
Kind regards,
Mark

> This writer says that Narcissus bulb fly can be controlled by nematodes: http://ipmnet.umd.edu/landscape/lndscpalerts/… See page 5. The nematode is Steinernema feltiae. It’s available from Home Depot (what isn’t?). http://homedepot.com/p/t/… Has anyone tried this? Any opinions? _______________________________________________ pbs mailing list pbs@lists.ibiblio.org http://pacificbulbsociety.org/list.php http://pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/
