Questions regarding seedlings

Don't separate seedling bulbs in their first year of growth, If they need
bigger pots simply pot up the whole clump into a bigger pot with minimum
disturbance.
Some of the species which have not germinated may need cooler temperatures
to germinate, I suggest you research their native growing conditions.
Massonia pustulata should germinate in fluctuating temperatures next
Autumn. The Calochortus should germinate in fluctuating temperatures Spring
or Autumn - possibly best chilled in a fridge or winter conditions for a
period. Tropaeoleum pentaphyllum wants to be cool.
Eucomis comosa will only grow in Summer and Autumn - it should germinate
soon.
Best of luck with some good choices of seeds.
